Happy Halloween!

So I thought this outfit post screamed Halloween... maybe not a good thing because these pants have become my new favorite fall piece. I picked them up at Bill Hallman in Atlanta for super cheap, maybe 30 something bucks. Not that I'm complaining, but if my legs weren't so long I think I would like the pants better... The Harem style is perfect, but I have to drop them so low on my hips when I sport them, dumb short torso!

For those who don't follow twitter, I decided last minute to dress up as Flo from the Progressive Insurance commercials. Super easy and had everything at home! I thought Todd would make a great Allstate Mayhem guy from the raccoon commercial and duh, he won most original costume at work. Pictures to come!

I hate manicures...

Simple, fun solution...

DIY Newspaper Nails

- paint your nails with base coat of choice (a light color will work best)

- once dry, soak nails in alcohol

- press piece of newspaper to nails one at a time, and remove

- paint with clear top coat

Voila!

Minimal Launch

I love the contrast of this outfit. Laid back top w/ dress pants. Very minimalist because of the neutral gray. Unfortunately, I have no idea where I'd wear this in Park City... but nothing new there! On another note, very excited to announce that the boutique I manage at will be launching their online website where you will be able to purchase all of our items! So excited for Kristen and Blaire as they grow their company and honored to be apart of their team. Keep ya posted on the launch date, hopefully couple weeks away...

Strongest Weakness

So kind of back in the game of things w/ some outfit posts. Still trying to find a bright backdrop in our new place and this one just isn't working, bare with me though! Getting too cold to wear this now in Park City, but an outfit I sported in Baltimore when I met Chris and Carter at the hotel for drinks. I'm so comfy in this and fits me to a tee!

Caught up

I thought it would be appropriate to catch you up on the last couple of weeks. Fall has been perfect and absolutely beautiful in Park City, couldn't ask for anything better. After Labor Day weekend in Vegas, we headed to Laguna to celebrate Todd's 30th birthday. The girls and Boston got him the best cake ever!! Had such a good time, but camera died the first night so may have to view pics from twitter. Next, Kel and I drove 31 hours back to Baltimore to move her home while stopping in Chicago to visit Tucker for a night. Back in Annapolis I caught up w/ old friends, Todd flew out that weekend, hit the Fells Point Festival w/ college buddies, made Todd eat crab cakes, and we celebrated my big brother's birthday at a Raven's game, which they killed the Jets. Then came home to celebrate Todd's birthday and his niece's with his family at our new apartment. Finally, I headed to LA for work. Stayed at the W in Westwood, caught up w/ old friends at BOA, and smoked some cigars and watched football at Grand Havana Room, so insane. I'm very lucky with all the free traveling I did, but I did miss out on two very special weddings in NY... my cousin Amy and my best girl Jess Butt. I wish you nothing but the best, wish I was there to celebrate, love you both!!
